I choose the simplest way to help
I fix it and explain what matters
That’s it.
Some problems can be handled remotely. Some are better handled on-site. I offer one-time help, as-needed support, or ongoing support, depending on what makes sense for you. There’s no long-term contract.
Remote support is billed in 6-minute increments with no one-hour minimum. On-site visits have a one-hour minimum.
